Unless otherwise stated, Divwy Digital Marketing Training Institute (DDMTI) and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Divwy Digital Marketing Training Institute. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Divwy Digital Marketing Training Institute for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Divwy Digital Marketing Training Institute (DDMTI) reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms

• 35% payment in the 1st lecture for the selected training and remaining 65% after 1st month of training or as per decided term.
• Anything extra training/service than mentioned in the initial agreement would cost extra.
• This final offer / quote as per what is described in the quote and supersedes all prior discussions, offers and understandings, whether oral or written.
• If the trainee delays the training in excess of 28 days due to lack of communication or inability to attend lecture, Divwy Digital Marketing Training Institute reserves the right to cancel the training and 65% of the estimated remaining training cost is due to Divwy Digital Marketing Training Institute (DDMTI).
• The payment is non-refundable

Modification of these terms of use

• Divwy Digital Marketing Training Institute (DDMTI) reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Divwy Digital Marketing Training Institute (DDMTI) services are offered.
